Projevuje se ve t\u0159ech kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch dimenz\u00edch, kter\u00e9 identifikovala v\u00fdzkumnice Christina Maslach:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emo\u010dn\u00ed vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong> Pocit vy\u010derpanosti a vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed, jako byste do konce dne (nebo n\u011bkdy a\u017e do 10 hodin dopoledne) student\u016fm u\u017e nem\u011bli co d\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Depersonalizace:<\/strong> St\u00e1v\u00e1te se cynick\u00fdmi v\u016f\u010di student\u016fm, koleg\u016fm nebo samotn\u00e9 profesi. Stanovte si nezpochybniteln\u00e9 hranice (a skute\u010dn\u011b je vynucujte)<\/h2>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm prediktorem syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed u\u010ditel\u016f nen\u00ed velikost t\u0159\u00eddy ani chov\u00e1n\u00ed student\u016f \u2013 sp\u00ed\u0161e poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed hranic. Kdy\u017e pr\u00e1ce pronik\u00e1 do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho koutu va\u0161eho \u017eivota, vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed se st\u00e1v\u00e1 nevyhnuteln\u00fdm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stanovte si pracovn\u00ed dobu a dr\u017ete se j\u00ed.<\/strong> Pokud u\u010d\u00edte do 15:30, v\u00e1\u0161 pracovn\u00ed den kon\u010d\u00ed v 16:30 \u2013 ne ve 20:00 z gau\u010de. V\u00fdzkum Pedagogick\u00e9 fakulty St\u00e1tn\u00ed univerzity v Severn\u00ed Karol\u00edn\u011b zjistil, \u017ee u\u010ditel\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si stanovili smyslupln\u00e9 limity pracovn\u00ed doby, kontroly e-mail\u016f a zn\u00e1mkov\u00e1n\u00ed po pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b, vykazovali v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vytvo\u0159te si fyzick\u00e9 hranice.<\/strong> Pokud pracujete z domova, vyhra\u010fte si konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed prostor a po pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b jej zav\u0159ete.
