Taiwan has many célèbre night markets. Every night, people go there to eat and shop. The streets are full of bright lights and good smells. You can hear music and people talking. Night markets are a fun part of Taiwan culture.

The food is very delicious. You can eat stinky tofu, bubble tea, and grilled meat on sticks. The food is also very cheap. Many visiteurs come to try new foods. It is easy to find something you like.

Night markets open at about 5 PM and close around midnight. The best time to go is 8 PM. Locals like to go on weekdays because weekends are very crowded. Night markets are the best place to see real Taiwan life!
