Dinosaurs lived on Earth millions of years ago. The word “dinosaur” means “terrible<\/strong> lizard.” Some dinosaurs were very big, and some were small. They lived for about 165 million years before they disappeared<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There were many types<\/strong> of dinosaurs. The T-Rex was a scary meat-eater with big teeth. The Brachiosaurus was huge<\/strong> and ate plants. The Velociraptor was small but very fast.<\/p>\n

\"\u05d3\u05d9\u05e0\u05d5\u05d6\u05d0\u05d5\u05e8\u05d9\u05dd<\/figure>\n

We know about dinosaurs from \u05de\u05d0\u05d5\u05d1\u05e0\u05d9\u05dd<\/strong>. Fossils are old bones and footprints in rocks. Scientists called \u05e4\u05dc\u05d9\u05d0\u05d5\u05e0\u05d8\u05d5\u05dc\u05d5\u05d2\u05d9\u05dd<\/strong> study these fossils. They learn how dinosaurs lived and what they ate.<\/p>\n

About 66 million years ago, all dinosaurs died. Scientists think a big \u05d0\u05b7\u05e1\u05d8\u05b5\u05e8\u05d5\u05b9\u05d0\u05b4\u05d9\u05d3<\/strong> hit the Earth. The sky became dark and cold. Plants died, and dinosaurs could not find food.<\/p>\n

But not all dinosaurs are gone! Birds are related<\/strong> to dinosaurs. When you see a bird, you are seeing a type of dinosaur. Museums have dinosaur \u05e9\u05dc\u05d3\u05d9\u05dd<\/strong> that you can visit. Dinosaurs still amaze us today!<\/p>\n
